The Ontario Agency for Health Protection and Promotion (OAHPP) and the Regional Infection Control Networks are pleased to announce that effective June 14, 2011 we will operate under a new name: Public Health Ontario.
As a hub organization, Public Health Ontario links public health practitioners, front-line health workers and researchers to the best scientific intelligence and knowledge from around the world. Our tagline, "Partners for health" emphasizes our philosophy of collaborating with others to achieve shared goals. We will now answer the phone as "Public Health Ontario, Central Region"
Over time, you will notice that our Central Region Network printed and web-based materials and signage will evolve to reflect the new Public Health Ontario name and visual identity.
